Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 5-7 business days. if an order is placed on a holiday or during a holiday weekend, it will ship on the next available business day. Orders are shipped through USPS unless convenience and reliability are better achieved through other channels of delivery. Shipping is FREE for orders valued at $65 and above.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us with your order number included within 10 days of delivery. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. Items must also be returned so that we may issue a store ONLY. Store credit will not be issued unless items are received. This credit will allow you to purchase an exchange item(s) of equal or lesser value. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once you item is received, please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. We recommend reading over your information to ensure that everything is correct before placing your order.

We try our best to ensure that all orders are packaged properly for a safe delivery, but sometimes things happen. In the event that your candle may be damaged, it must not be used and in its original condition in order to be in compliance with our return policy.
